Marriott courtyard (Soi 20h has tough completion from the better queens park Marriott Soi 22. The hotel is next to construction site so be sure to ask for a room opposite the construction side. If you’re single on business the hotel is ok. If your with family then check out the nearby Rembrandt suites.

All the staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. Friend from the front desk even remembered me as our rooms weren't ready upon check-in so we had to go back to get the keys to our rooms. As soon as she spotted me she knew what I needed. Hotel is walking distance from Terminal 21 mall and starbucks to get your coffee fix for the day. Also near the BTS station. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Bangkok.

This hotel is amazing! Location perfect, walkable to places to eat, malls, shopping, street food, massages, and public transportation. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Staff have even come up to us asking if we need help with directions when we stood outside for a few minutes checking our phone for directions and just checking our route for the day. It’s also so easy and fast and affordable when you ask them to call a taxi to the airport for you. Will stay at this place again whenever I am in Bangkok again. ALSO even know we made this booking through Expedia they still treated us like we booked from the website and made sure we received a hotel room right next to our friends who we were traveling with and made a separate booking so they weren’t even aware they we booked together and we didn’t even ask for them to do this (just hoped) and they made our experience in Thailand just that much better.

Nice hotel. Breakfast OK when you compare comparable 5 star hotels in the area. Pool quite nice design and enjoyable. Room also nice. However, lights are very difficult to figure out when going to sleep. Internet spotty and normally OK but I needed to reconfigure something and download a large file and download speed about 5 MPS. Last thing, charging of laptop and iPhone slow. Basically hotel is fine but these small details were a bit frustrating, especially considering it is a Courtyard and a 5 star. Staff tried helping and were very polite.
