It was ok but they couldn't find my reservation when I arrived and I had to call hotels.com to verify it which took almost 1.5 hours

Below expectation
1. Hotel could not find our booking. Yet hotels.com customer service only got back to our Friday's' call for help on Sunday, when the stay was over.
2. Hotel lobby was non air conditioned and people were smoking.
3. Staff at restaurant serving breakfast didn't care. Ok for us to self serve, but they didn't bother to replenish empty coffee pots. Food was cold w/o warmer.
3. Room toilet has strong stench fm the sewerage.
4. Lack security as anyone can access the hotel floors.
