I paid for City view but when I stepped in the room, it was just exact room like last time I stay but 2 floors higher only. It was not city view and I told front desk they insisted my booking payment was for this type of room. She offered me the other room but need to check in after 4pm. I needed to rush out to meet my friend and I refused her offer. But my point is this situation should not happened at the beginning. When I check in, they should see my booking was for CITY VIEW instead. I really upset of this arrangement.
