⭐ 1 Star – Worst Hotel Experience Ever
I booked and paid in advance through Hotels.com, but the hotel kept asking me to pay again through messages. When I arrived, the hotel was completely closed — no staff, no reception, and a broken self check-in machine that didn’t scan my QR code.
I spent 3 hours (from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.) calling the hotel and Hotels.com support. The hotel never answered, and Hotels.com agents kept ending the chat without solving anything. One agent, Marlon Alfredo A., even said there was a “discrepancy” and refused to help after an hour of chatting!
When I finally managed to enter, I found the so-called “4-star” room to be tiny — barely 2 square meters, like a box, and the breakfast was extremely poor. There was no staff available at any time, not even in the morning.
This place is definitely not even a 2-star hotel, and the experience was a total disaster.
Very disappointed with both the hotel and Hotels.com. Shameful service and zero support.
