I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were all very kind welcoming and excellent. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bed was very comfortable. I loved having a private onsen and was surprised by the healthful effects of the hot spring water. There are nearby hiking trails. On a rainy day I took the free shuttle to the metro station and visited the excellent museums in Taipei. I would love to visit again for a longer stay.

We loved the friendly staff. Service was great. The location is within 15 mins walk to the city where restaurants, stores and transportation can be found. The hotel grounds and rooms are kept clean. The only thing they could make better is to repair the wall plaster peeling off from the outdoor shower that was in our room. The indoor shower was fine. Plus our room had a hot tub that you could choose to have water from the hot springs or regular tap water. They served us the complementary breakfast at in our room. It was great.

Room is lovely as pictured! Was looking forward to the view but unfortunately the glass wasn't very clear/clean on the outside. Hence we couldn't see the view very well. Otherwise, all is gd except there's no restaurant in the building, which we already knew about.
