Tired and worn, very small rooms

The stay and room are fine. Staff are very friendly. I had comment that i'm a little disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance and the friendly staff provided us an explanation. She really very friendly. We will be back again hopefully this year.

The staff from start to finish were amazing, nothing was too much hassle. We had to cut our stay short due to COVID-19 immigration changes, but the reception staff were more than happy to allow me to use the front desk phone to call the airline. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and staff quick and helpful. The room was well presented - not the biggest but still comfortable. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return if/when we are back in Singapore!

Good location, easy check-in. Hotel itself was nice and clean. Reception were helpful when we needed to change some money. Room was a good size. Would stay again.

The breakfast had limited choice and could do with improvement. When I had breakfast after 10am all the pastries were gine and were not replaced.

I found the staff extemely friendly, I had one issue and that was resolved in 15 min or less. The restaurant for breakfast was awesome along with the service, i had 3 people looking after me.. Not only that the Hop On Hop Off bus was just outside the door. Not only that they looked after some taxi service for me and at excellent rate, Also i went to the Restaurant and pool at the South building. Everyone from security to reception was awesome. If I was ever to go back i would come here again. Many thanks Lydia
