An oasis!

There was a hiccup at our pick up (free transfer both directions) but after that, the stay was amazing. A short walk into town and very friendly staff. The grounds are picturesque and relaxing. I would gladly stay there again.

We found this boutique hotel very affordable. The staff is super friendly and attentive. It was easy to schedule guided tours, dance dinner show and massage treatment with the hotel at a reasonable price (for tourists). The pool area is nice and hotel is located next to a convenient store and it is walking distance to the old market and pub street.

I LOVED my stay here. The staff and service were incredible. The hotel is beautiful like a 5 star resort. The pool is quiet, clean and surrounded by manicured jungle plants. The restaurant has many food options though I would prefer a buffet to a prepared meal. The whole place is very quiet and has spacious rooms. Overall the staff was what made it incredible. So happy, easy to ask for things and very accommodating.

Quiet location with spacious rooms

We had a pleasant stay here. As I’m sure most people do, we used this as our base for exploring the temples of Angkor. The hotel is really nice for the price and it was convenient to be able to book our tuk tuks through them as needed for the temples. The free airport pickup went smoothly as well. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air con could have worked a little better as it was 100 degrees when we were in Siem Reap but it was ok. We enjoyed the location which is a bit off the main area and is a little more quiet, but still walkable to plenty of restaurants.

Pleasant enough but some disappointments

Pleasant enough hotel for the price. Unfortunately our room was up two flights of slippery stairs. A fellow guest had a nasty fall down them. No television in room. Only furniture in our rather large room was a bed. Staff are friendly but many quite inexperienced. Service quite slow- we cancelled our order for my husband’s cocktail after waiting 40 minutes. Buffet breakfast had limited options and most dishes were empty and not replenished. All dishes were served cold including bacon, fried rice, noodles or curry.

Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal! Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Textilien (Fenstervorhänge, Duschvorhang, Bettvorhang) haben extrem viele Flecken und wirken schmudelig. Das Bett an sich war jedoch sehr sauber. Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator und Kühlschrank sind sehr laut. Die Balkontür lässt sich nicht vollständig schließen wodurch man dauernd neue Mücken im Zimmer hat und die Gebete vomangrenzenden Tempel schon früh am Morgen hört. Das Frühstück ist okay aber nicht den Preis von 5 US-Dollar wert, da gibt es in der Stadt deutlich günstigere und bessere Alternativen.Ich würde hier nicht nochmal übernachten.
