The condition of the rooms did not match the pictures advertised on the website. The air conditioner in my room was loud, it took a long time to cool the room, the air conditioner had duct tape on it. Also, the carpet in the room was stained. The furniture was outdated. The staff was nice but unable to get me a new room after i expressed disappointment in the room i was given. The location is good as it is close to everything.

The hotel staff was accommodating and let us store our luggage in between of two legs of stays since we traveled to a different city for one night. The room was spacious for one person. チェックインスタッフもチェックアウトスタッフも全く愛想が無く、フロントには不向きな感じの男性の人達でした！ 非常に残念に思います！ アメニティーも今まで宿泊させてもらったホテルの中で1番最低な感じがしました。

前の宿泊者が何かをこぼしたのか、数箇所、くろい20cm程のシミがあり、歩く度にベタベタしていて、きちんと清掃して乾いた状態でいてほしかったです。3泊も予約を入れていたのにとても不快でした。

とても清潔感のある部屋でした。朝食バイキングでは、海鮮丼食べ放題で、正直市場で食べたサーモンよりも美味しかったです。 フロントの方には充電器の貸し出しや郵送の対応等親切にしていただき、気持ちよく札幌最終日の夜を過ごすことができました。
