A Great Weekend Get Away at Days Inn & Suites

I love this hotel the location was just what I was looking for. The entrance & lobby is nice. I love the layout of the rooms, my grandchildren enjoyed them self. The staff was nice. Thank you for a great stay.

I checked in and was immediately struck by how loud the front desk area was. The receptionist, who was a heavyset man with black hair and beard, was watching a movie on his phone with the volume up. When I asked about the elevator after checking in, I had trouble understanding his initial response. When I politely asked again, he abruptly raised his voice and snapped, “No elevator,” in a rude and unprofessional manner. This was my first impression of your hotel, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good one. Even after going upstairs, I could still hear the audio from his phone. Guests deserve a welcoming and professional check-in experience.
