I am use to staying at low budget hotels. The cracks and the mold smell is whatever but there was only a thin door separating my room and another stranger room and I could hear EVERYTHING all day and night.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Orlando.It was infested with cockroaches, the towels were old and yellow, and the sheets also had yellow stains.Very different from the photos. The only pleasant thing about the hotel was the reception service.

Minha pior experiência no Hoteis.com! Na descrição do anúncio dizia que o local contava com estacionamento o que não é verdade. Exitem vagas na rua, mas o bairro não é muito seguro e estava com muitas

The tub was clogged. Maintenance unclogged it and left the dirty residue on the floor. My fridge had frost all along the back of it. A roach crawled in my bed. I notified the front desk and asked for the room to be sprayed, both beds to be changed and the bathroom to be cleaned. I was assured that it would be done along with changing the refrigerator. I stayed out all day to allow the spray to dry and the room to air out. I returned to the beds having the same sheets and blankets,

Las condiciones generales del hotel son desagradables. Se trata de un establecimiento antiguo, con evidentes carencias en el mantenimiento. Si bien la habitación estaba limpia y contaba con ropa de cama blanca, las cortinas y los muebles presentaban signos de desgaste y suciedad. La mesa de planchar estaba manchada y no se disponía de secador de cabello.
El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona residencial, aunque no resulta especialmente familiar. Noté que algunos huéspedes de estancias prolongadas podían resultar poco agradables, lo que me generó cierta sensación de inseguridad, aunque no tuve incidentes durante mi estadía.
La piscina no se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas para su uso, ya que estaba sucia. Como aspecto positivo, el hotel incluye el parqueadero en la tarifa. Sin embargo, el desayuno es muy básico, limitado a muffins, pan, waffles, café y jugo artificial, sin opciones de frutas ni proteínas.
