Such a great hotel but better staff.
The hotel had a fresh smell and offered clean linen. Staff was friendly and kind. They allowed us to check in 5hrs due to coming off a cruise ship, and kept our luggage safe while we waited for our flight.

Love this place, needs a little TLC
Front staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in with as quick and painless. The garage attendant was super helpful, guiding us where we needed to go. Room was comfortable. Nothing super special. The bed is pretty firm. The shower was a step in style, a little narrow. The shower head was loose from the wall and moved a bit while showering. I love this location in the city, lots to do and see.
