Staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. I managed to get a late check out this is second time I’ve stayed and both times it has been accommodated which has been very helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!

Had a 2 night stay with my Mum and I can't praise the hotel enough! The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish, they hotel is really clean and environmentally aware... and the decor is just stunning! A really relaxing, comfortable bed too. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was reasonably priced for central London! Would happily return and defo recommend!

Sehr freundliches Personal vor allem beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig, Betten super, alles sehr sauber und neu. Wir hatten leckere Cocktails an der Bar. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen.

Hotellet var topp, jag hade lite otur att strömmen försvann på mitt rum vid avresedagen. Men hotellet skulle återkomma med kompensation. Extremt trevlig personal. Hjälpsamma. Jag återkommer.

Pretty sure we were the first guests to stay in the room that we booked. Kind staff in a new hotel, allowed us to check in after a long flight almost six hours prior to check in so we could grab a good nap!

The nicest hotel we have stayed in whilst in London and the staff were the ones who topped it all off. All so very friendly and willing to help! Will be coming back everytime we stay in London now

Great weekend stay. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally brand new, so everything works flawlessly and the decor feels fresh and not too generic. Location wise, lots of places to eat nearby, few minutes walk to the river and tube station. Only improvement could with the servicing of the rooms, they are done very late in the day and things like milk, water coffee etc were not topped up. Overall had a lovely stay and could happily recommend this hotel.

Everything was good. Just found it odd that they didn’t have water in the rooms and guests had to fetch it from a water machine on the floor

The Derby is a boutique hotel with high end decor and finishings. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to have our room ready prior to the standard check in time. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room size was smaller than I expected for a King Suite. The small window and slanted ceilings made it seem even smaller. A bench or luggage rack would’ve been helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

朝食バイキングはクラシックフルブレックファーストで美味しいです。部屋にバスタブはありません。トイレ＆シャワー室は広々。洗面ボールは部屋によってサイズが異なり、洗面周りに何も置けないトイレ手洗用の小さなものが設置されている部屋もあります。７Fでも時々下水のにおいが気になることがあります。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、バスローブなどは、部屋に備えられておらず、受付に依頼して無料提供いただけます。ドライヤー、紅茶、ネスプレッソはあります。冷蔵庫にはコンデンスミルク2本が入っていました。空調やベッドの寝心地は快適です。

5* Infrastructure 4* Rooms 4* Bar & Restaurant 4* Reception 5* Staff 4* Location (Financial District) 5* Room Service 5* Gym 4* Breakfast Buffet & Omelettes 5* Coffee Machines 4* Beds (Queens more like doubles and pillows should be more varied) Curio is almost always a solid bet in any city. In this case it's a brand new hotel that needs some breaking in and changes to room locations and sizes. We booked a double Queen Room at 500£ a night and were never told, and thus very disappointed, to be in the sub-basement. We were told all double-rooms are in the basement and sub-basement. They were tiny with only enough room for the two double beds, a closet and single bathroom. The rest of the stay was perfect just avoid the double-rooms!

An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom lovely. The breakfast has a nice range and was consistently high quality and a great way to start the day. So yes, overall a great stay and I'll definitely be back. Only small thing, very small, was that they have two different ways of signalling if you do or do not (eco-conscious) want housekeeping each day (one digital via a tablet the other a card for the door). Unfortunately didn't work out consistently and so likely a teething issue as only been open a few months. The housekeeping team were super lovely and responsive when we asked about it.

We arrived at the hotel to drop our bags off but were in a hurry to get to an activity, so we asked if we could check in later when we returned\. I explained that we were short on time, but unfortunately the attitude of the staff member changed after making this request, which I found disappointing and didn’t really understand\. When we returned later that evening, we went to the bar\. There was only one other table of customers, and as there were four of us, we waited at the bar and ordered our drinks\. A service charge was added to the bill\. As the drinks were already quite pricey and we were planning to have a few rounds, we politely asked if the service charge could be removed\. The barman became quite defensive and tutted, which made the interaction feel unnecessarily uncomfortable, especially as there hadn’t really been any table service provided\. We then went to check in\. I had made two separate bookings under my name for two rooms\. When checking in, I was told that one of the rooms had been upgraded and was congratulated on the upgrade\. However, as both rooms were booked under my name and we were paying the same rate, it would have been nice and seemed fair for the upgrade to have been applied to both rooms, or at least for there to have been some explanation as to why only one room was upgraded\. Aside from this, the room itself was clean and the property is in a very good location\. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the attitude of some of the bar and recept

TV channels selection was poor. Wi-Fi didn't connect. Kept asking for state and zip code. Good sized room. Huge shower. Comfy pillows. Socket next to bed.

I had to switch rooms during my stay because I had booked 2 reservations, the staff was very helpful and let me have a late check out until my next room was ready, however, my room was not ready until after 3 and I had to wait in my room until it was so they could help me switch. The manager apologized because I was unable to leave during that time to enjoy London but at least I didn't have to have my stuff moved downstairs and then back up again. Overall great stay and would recommend this place

This was our 2nd stay here after we had returned from Spain, they were kind enough to upgrade our room so we could have more space. The staff was very kind and I had ordered room service for the first time and it came quickly and was delicious!
