Super convenient and “up to date” hotel next to the airport in Gatwick. Staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was good and ventilation in room.

Older hotel that needs some updating but kept clean. Good for short one night stays. Was confusing that theres a new premier inn closer to the airport. We trued to check in there but was redirected to this one. Definitely needs better directions to hotel and the path is not well lit late at night especially walking around 2 round abouts to get there. Good stay but just things to note.

Perfect for a one night airport stay. Spacious room with ac and a comfortable bed. Clean. Check-in would be better with a traditional human experience. I was exhausted at the end of my trip and when the machine didn't work it was frustrating.

Bus shuttle to North Terminal is not direct, and takes about 20 minutes, whereas it is a 9 minute walk to the North Terminal. Also cost of shuttle is 4GBP per person. These details were not made clear anywhere. Hotel itself and its hard working staff were excellent.

Very convenient and easy walk from North terminal. Good alternate to the Premier inn across street from terminal when its full/ higher price. Clean room had a very good dinner with fair price had a fantastic waitress blonde lady I don't want to guess age and get it wrong. But what a personality ! Breakfast was worth it they had a deal dinner and breakfast came out real good deal.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn multiple times, due to the proximity of the airport terminals. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable!! The restaurant has a good menu with great food. We especially like the fact that the front desk is staffed 24/7, and you need a key card to access the elevator,we felt very safe!! Also, the shuttle bus to the terminals comes every 15-20 minutes, which is fabulous. I would highly recommend this property/
