Staff were very rude in text! Room was basic, central heating not working, oil heater provided. Bathrooms were in a shocking state!

Even if they did let me stay for free I would never stay there… we moved to another place..…I also told hotels.com that the fire alarms was removed from the rooms so it’s not safe to stay in…. They didn’t care …

Not worth the money
Toilets and Bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Soaps, tissue rolls are not regularly refilled. So many empty shampoo bottles and soap bottles are seen around in the bathroom and they are not properly disposed. No bins were provided in the rooms. Cooking gas got cut off in the middle of cooking and the host wasn’t responsive. I had to leave my cooking half way and it was sorted out after a very long time. The stay was very terrible.
