We arrived at the hotel and checked in, only to be surprised that we had to take the stairs all the way up to the 4th floor, as there is no elevator.
Another disappointment was that there was no housekeeping service during our entire stay. We had to take care of everything ourselves, including getting fresh towels, toilet paper, and emptying the trash.
There was also no refrigerator in the room, which made it difficult to keep water or other drinks cold. There wasn’t even an option to get cold water at the reception.
On the day of check-out, which was supposed to be at 12:00, I discovered that the electricity had been turned off already at 8. This meant I couldn’t charge my phone before travelling, and I couldn’t use the AC despite the temperature being around 32°C.
When I went downstairs and asked if someone could help bring my suitcase down because I was unable to carry it myself, I was told that the staff member was alone and therefore couldn’t help. I found this very disappointing, especially since I was also alone. At the very least, I would have expected him to offer to carry the suitcase together with me.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
The only positive thing about this hotel was the location. It was very convenient and well situated.
