A very convenient location and very helpful staff . Student accommodation which is great for a summer weekend . The location is on a main road so note there is traffic noise . But that did not deter from a pleasant stay .

The staff were really nice. The accommodations are actually a college dorm room. Staff were helpful to find a fan due to no air conditioning in the building. The college kids do the best they can but don’t have the resources they need. The lift was out of order and it was unseasonably hot for the area. Our room was on the 4th floor.

Wonderful stay, check in was easy and rooms offered a range of necessitates which was advertised. Location is around 15 minute walk from central Bath and has a Sainsbury's shop nearby (less than 5 minutes). One downside was the room being very warm, even with windows open, during the summer weather plus no aircon (as standard UK rooms don't) so it was a struggle. Another minor downside was the TV wasn't tuned or logged in for updating so we ended up not using plus the cutlery provided needed a good wash beforehand as they werent clean. Noise was a little loud from the road outside too but easily solved by closing the windows. Apart from the above listed, the stay was great and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

The student accommodation is spacious and well appointed. The bed is extremely uncomfortable as hard thin mattress. Staff on the front door very helpful

The room we got was above the outdoor patio and the main intersection. This meant that we got a lot of traffic noise as well as loud conversatinos even past 3:00am. Staff will take care of complaints of on-property but have no way to control street noise. We were in the room when the temperatures were high but leaving the windows open night was not an option due to the noise. A fan might help
