Dissappointing

There are two things that disappointed me about this hotel. First the lack of cleaning and maintenance in general. Dirty windows and loose taps. Second, they told us that we could use the services and then they charged us an extra 20 dollars that they never notified in advance. I wouldn't go back.

Disappointing. They have really old tvs but front desk confirmed they do nothing. So you can’t relax in the room or connect your phone to them. The blow dryers don’t work. The tub is very old and looks rusty yellow. The robes need softener urgently. The staff hung up on me twice on random situations I had with the room. I wasn’t even arguing about them. Just very poor experience for a Sheraton. Expected something better kept together.

Boa opção de hospedagem, boa arquitetura e decoração mesmo que já um pouco ultrapassada. Localização distante do Centro Histórico. Quartos excelentes, bom espaço e conforto. O restaurante não condiz com a proposta do hotel ( item importante para um hotel que fica distante do centro) Pavimentação do estacionamento de veículos apresenta sérios problemas de manutenção.

One of best options in Colonia del Sacramento.

Hotel é bom, ao final de Colonia em bairro seguro com lindas casas em volta, campo de golf, piscinas aquecida interna e externa e bom café da manhã incluido. Os quartos são relativamente espaçosos. Ponto negativo que tentarem me cobrar tarifa de resort fee de 60 dolares, ao que notei que o real eram 22 dolares. No mais tudo certo. A academia é boa tambem com equipamentos life mas necessita modernização. No geral o hotel esta um pouquinho datado. Do centro histórico é um pouquinho longe se não estiver de carro ( 5km). Dica tambem das vinicolas em carmelo ( 70-90km).

ett nydelig, gammelt hotell som forlengst burde fått en oppgradering, restauranten var stengt i november, de forsikret at de hadde samme meny i baren som de ellers har i restauranten. Føltes mer som en barmeny på ett tre stjerners hotell enn en fem stjernes opplevelse. Frokost var inkludert i prisen, men det inkluderte ikke kaffe som kostet USD 7 ekstra!

Decadente num lugar fantástico

O local do hotel é magnífico! Jardins, campo de golf e piscinas porém, os quartos são escuros, decadentes e poucas tomadas disponíveis. O secador dava medo de ligar por causa do estado da tomada. Ao abrir a cortina encontrei uma teia de aranha enorme o que demonstra que a limpeza deixa a desejar. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestáveis. O café da manhã (Tem que marcar a hora de véspera) é bom, porém se você pedir para fazer um simples misto quente tem que pagar por fora já que só tem torrada disponível no salão.
