Highly recommended!! This place is fantastic - great amenities, activities and dining options. We stayed there right before the Air Force- Navy game and with an Academy reunion being held on site and the staff didn't miss a beat. Whether it was at the bar, room service or grabbing a coffee to go the staff delivered promptly and pleasantly. It's our go-to lodging in Colorado Springs.

A very nice hotel for business meetings. You never really need to leave the premises to host meetings with the variety of eating and drinking options it worked great for our team. The views of the Air Force academy and the front range mountains were merely a bonus.

Beautiful newer hotel with nice fixtures and stylish furniture. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken however and the water pressure was terrible. My bigger complaint was the thick foamy lumpy pillows which could not be swapped out for a feather/down pillow because there were none on site to accommodate those who asked. The hotel staff proudly declared they are feather free and became defensive when I mentioned the uncomfortable pillows- they even went so far as to claim how many compliments they receive on the bedding, including pillows, which I find hard to believe. I and a few other guests couldn’t sleep well since the pile was so high and side or back sleeping still ruined your neck. The food from the variety of on site venues was very average and didn’t match the luxe decor and pricing at this hotel. The gym was very very nice and the outdoor pool area looked beautiful.
