Would not recommend
The photos are entirely deceiving and the place is cery run down. Drunk people screaming outside all night. The area is shady

Good location but hotel is old.
Small room as per usual in Tokyo. Light switches were in weird locations and insufficient power outlets. Staff were nice and helpful. Well located between 2 stations.

Fine
My wife and I stayed 5 nights
Pros:
-Close to subway (akasaka station and Akasaka-Mitsuke station)
-located in center of city so it’s a short subway ride to anywhere in Tokyo
-Friendly staff
-Surrounded by great bars and restaurants
-Great shower!
-In room laundry washer/dryer combo (takes up to 5 hrs per load, so plan accordingly)
-Comfortable bed
-Good AC
-Clean
Cons
-The room layout is awkward so it feels smaller than it is
-WiFi was awful
The hotel was fine but I probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the bad WiFi, and there are a lot of other options in the area.

Room was small but had enough room to maneuver around. Thanks to a bunk bed style for a three bedroom room. Staffs were helpful and caring. They helped us shift our suitcases to our next destination.

Good value stay
The rooms are clean. My kids loved the bunk bed. Space is a little tight but common for Japan. The part I love most and the reason why I choose these places is it's right in the heart of an active district so there are numerous great places to eat in the area. It's not too far from subway lines. It's also near a Harry Potter cafe and Harry Potter fan attractions.

Not recommended.
This hotel is in really old condition and in need of refurbishment. There were moles in the bathroom and cockroaches in the bedroom. Overall other then the room condition, the room services and receptionist were helpful and kind.

Request a one night extension. No availability. But in the web I found there was availability. I paid more than the price i had on the fist stay. And requested if it was possible to stay the extra night in the same room. No and I was moved to a smaller one

Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Small but well designed with enough space to move around. We had 3 people with 3 carry on size bags and had plenty of space. Bathroom amenities were great. Shower was hot with good pressure. Location was awesome - close to metro line and lots of dining options.

The hotel was very good and clean. The staffs are friendly.
Just the location was a bit away from metro stations however as it situated in one of popular toruism spots, many metro stations are accessible.

The message of changing guest# was not informed when message was sent a month ago via Expedia account. No Japanese workers, all other Asian workers. Front desk agent tried to blame on us for not making a request for changing in advance, but it was a done month ago through Expedia. Was not polite, had to argue back to correct the number of guests at desk, made others uncomfortable and worried.
Property itself was old. There was a washer in ONE of our rooms when I was told there would be one in each room, which we booked TWO rooms. There was Washer but NO Dryer... how could we do any laundry there...
Glass was shuttered in hall way. No view to see from room, much smaller than you see on these pics in Expedia.

Akasaka Tokyo Trip
Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka is in a great location.
It is an old building, however is well maintained and cosy. Room is very small, typical of most Japanese hotel rooms.
My room had a small balcony with a table and chairs which was added value and well used.
Many cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. Close to station and shopping.

Right by the Akasaka Station with super friendly and helpful staff. When our WiFi device was left on the train from NRT they called a couple places every day until it was found and then messaged me to left me know so I didn't have to cancel my Disney trip and could just go get the thing. Highly recommend this place for sure!
