Room was clean, but my only complaints were the toilet paper holder on the wall was loose, their elevator wasn't working, and the lighting on the bed frame against the wall was flickering in our particular room. The broken elevator might have been the biggest inconvenience if we had a lot of heavy luggage or mobility issues, but was otherwise no big deal to us.
Aside from that, the view was nice, and there was a lot to do within walking distance. It is very close to emergency services, so you will hear sirens. We only heard 1-2 a night shortly before and after bedtime.
The staff was nice, and checking in and out was super fast and easy. They had quite the variety for breakfast, but a couple people we talked to weren't pleased with the quality of some items. I stuck to waffles and scrambled eggs, so I didn't try everything personally.
We stayed in February during the off-season, and parking was definitely crowded during the weekend, but not completely full. I'm sure it's rough during peak season.
Based on the price, I'd rate the stay 4.5/5. I enjoyed the 3 night stay and overall experience despite their perceived flaws.
