Great place. An apartment building that has been converted into hotel. Very clean, AC works well and the two queen beds were comfortable. It had a terrific kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night, and there were several food markets near by. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and if you're going out for dinner or drinks, Ocean Drive and Espanola Way are right there.

I have made a trip with my wife to Maimi Beach and we stayed at Barcelona Studios Guesthouse for 5 nights. Adriana the owner/host had been very kind and helpful. You can reach her well also via your hotels.com app. The studios are located very well and you can reach the beaches, lincoln shopping- and spanish mile by foot. In the area you find all the bus station you need. Also the one to downtown (approx. 30-40min) . The studios are spacious, the bathroom a bit smaller, but still ok. Also the price you pay is reasonable for what you get. We have enjoyed our stay and can recommend Barcelona Studios Guesthouse.

Location was perfect. The property and area felt very safe. Comfortable beds. Cats to pet in common area:) parking is a nightmare but pro tip: head to the parking ramp on the northeast corner of 16th and Drexel and ask for a deal for long term parking(we stayed for 4 nights). It saved me hundreds of dollars.

I would 100% recommend this accommodation. For the price I paid, it was excellent value. The room is spacious and clean with a powerful aircon. The location is fantastic, literally metres from Española Way and just a short walk to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. My flight was cancelled, which meant I had to stay an extra 12 hours in South Beach. The manager was incredibly kind and allowed me to stay in the room until I needed to leave. Not many hotels would do that, so I really must thank the manager for their kindness and flexibility. If I return to South Beach, I will definitely stay here again, as it truly felt like a home away from home.
