Finally decided to get some time under the sun and visit Miami Beach for a couple of days. It was my first time traveling to Miami and glad I stayed at this hotel. Great people all around, the staff are very welcoming - I never felt like a stranger here. They even gave me excellent recommendation on where to dine and shop. Enjoyed my stay, coming back with friends next summer for sure!

Came to visit family in Miami during our annual Thanksgiving crawl. My cousin recommended to stay here and I couldn't be happier. We had an amazing stay - the hotel was quiet and clean, the staff were super cheerful and professional. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a wonderful birthday week. Rooms were very clean and comfortable We had a complete apartment with full kitchen, 1.5 bath, washer and dryer with sleeper sofa. Was perfect for a week vacation. Modern decor. Staff was great and pool bartender made best mojitos. Looking forward to staying again

Reception staff extremely accommodating. Rooftop pool is gorgeous with a beautiful sunset. Oversized condo style rooms. Larger than my apartment. Absolutely amazing

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great staff and customer service, walking distance to the beach and a very convenient rooftop pool to enjoy. Can’t ask for more.. i will be staying at the Boulan next time i visit South Beach.

The suite was big but they said it was partial ocean view, it wasn’t. You couldn’t hardly see it at all. Like it was a couple of blocks over. We had to walk around the block for parking and it was no elevator in the parking deck so we had to walk up the hill to the 3rd level.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect, & the rooms were spacious. The balcony was large & had a nice view of the strip, & the beach (kind of.) The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The downside - the water would not get hot, even after we called the front desk & waited almost 30 minutes for maintenance to “fix it.” We also had a large crack in our toilet that would leak water onto the floor (which they did nothing about & just said they were already aware of it.) The amenities of the hotel is not as grand as they make it seem online & the hotel itself is quite small. I’m not a picky person whatsoever & I don’t go looking for things to complain about, but for the price of the rooms & all of the charges that come with it I will probably not be coming back on my next trip to Miami Beach.

Its not what the pictures look like...ceiling was leaking with water and mold on ceiling...and even though you pay $1000 to stay 4 night when you check in you have to put down $300 and also pay for everything at the hotel including your beach umbrella and pool umbrella

The staff at Boulan are truly exceptional. From bellman, to front desk, to housekeeping - all were super professional and beyond helpful. The room was clean and pleasant, nothing outrageous as I was on a budget for this trip, but I definitely feel that I got more than what I paid for. Location and its affordability is why I booked, but I am definitely coming back again very soon. This is a gem of a hotel!

Great hotel, clean, excellent staff. Huge room, with separate living room, and balcony with ample outdoor space. The kitchen and dining area was a nice perk, as we didn't feel like dining out for all meals. Orange Blossom, the restaurant, was great.
