Third time I’ve stayed at Kew Green. I chose it mainly because of its ideal location in Wan Chai. The staff are super friendly and were able to allocate the same room as I stayed in previously.

Very friendly staff but the problem remains

The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is also a plus, very conveniently located just three minutes easy walk from MRT. But the room is very stinky with leftover smells from smoking and the smelly shower curtain further worsen the whole experience. The front desk quickly switched a better room for me after the complaint. But the similar smell is still present! Maybe the hotel simply needs a thotough renovation to imporve the problem.

Good location, shame about everything else

I went for a larger room with tables and chairs since I had to setup a new computer with my technically competent son. The room was fine and came with a complimentary min-bar, breakfast and a couple of free coffee coupons. Breakfast was extremely limited, as were the staff there...just one. I walked out after a sip of the coffee, and went to a cafe nearby. The coffee machine was no better. I returned all the coupons. Mini-bar very limited. Hotel is primarily focused on Mainland Chinese visitors so the TV setup was no good for English speakers. Very good location but bring your own entertainment and eat out. The mini bar, although free, was also boring and I got minimal value from that.

The location is awesome, right in front of the bus station come directly from the airport. No breakfast, but you can find plenty of items around the hotel and just around the corner from the bar district, but it was really quiet. The room was big for Hong Kong hotel.
