the staff were very helpful, smiley and courteous. the lifts were also very efficient and the housekeeper cleaned our rooms very well. The location is awesome- there were a few convenient stores and restaurants right outside the hotel and the subway station is just 3mins walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Hotel.

Excellent location, quiet, convenient and walkable to main attractions in Seoul or the metro, as well as the bus stop to/from the airport is at the corner 3min walk. Excellent location. Myeondong market right across street and train station right in front. Some staff speaks limited English, others better. 30000 won (about $20usd) to do 1 load of self service wash which i think is pretty pricey. Nice size room and king bed, but room is getting a bit worn. Slightly moldy showers. I got a great rate so am happy overall, but if i had to pay over $150 i would be disappointed.
