The walking distance between amenities in the resort was too great to consider it guest-friendly. The pricing for an “upgrade” King room with a view of “HVAC” equipment was terrible. Only because I was ignorant of other options on Key West did we fall for this overhyped “resort”. I cannot recommend it.

The Avalon House is absolutely beautiful. The amenities at the adjacent properties were fantastic. We loved swimming at the pools and dining at the ocean. This is a top notch experience.

very nice stay with everybody staying there seemed happy and friendly. so i guess that is a reflection of the facility. the pools were nice but the actual ocean beach was small and not groomed as nice as I would have liked. great job on providing clean beach towels and always a resort bar handy. I did find the lounges at poolside were uncomfortabe, no cushion..

Unexpected addition to the bill. Resort fee at $56/person/day and $40/day for parking…..were surprising. Nice place, great quiet location, easy walk to excellent restaurants. We liked the place, staff was very pleasant.

Perfect location

Great location; right on Duval street but at the quieter end of the strip. Many options for pools. Private section of beach. Clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed at Avalon guest house and it was amazing because it had its own private little dipping pool. Great service and staff. Limited options for breakfast but delicious. Would definitely stay again.

For an adult only complex we were surprised at the after noise by other guest. It was terrible. In room 813 there was a really loud noise. It was non stop. Sounded like air in a pipe. Khala who made our room up was awesome!!!

Clean, modern, well kept property. Friendly staff, ample parking. Food was fresh and tasty with a good variety from the on-site restaurant. Wide variety of beverage options (alcohol and non- alcohol). Daily text check-ins by staff were a nice touch to ensure all was as expected. Three pools made it easy to find a spot to hang out if that is how you prefer to spend your time. Easy walking distance to all that Key West has to offer. We plan to return in January and again in July as we were very happy with our stay.

Stayed in the Duval building which was isolated from the main building and the building that had morning breakfast. Overall facility was in a great location for the action on Duval street. Booked through Expedia which did not explain the $ 55 per day resort fee and $40 per day parking - would have been nice to know in advance. Overall good.

Absolutely wow you guys just knocked off my socks!!! We came in at a last min booking and not only did you accommodated us you evening upgrading us when you did not have what we booked for free and you gave a glass of champagne after check in" fancy ". The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. The whole resort was so clean and neat and the fact you guys offered everything under the sun there. My fav was the tanning pier and private beach 7 don't for get the 3 pools :) We loved our room and you guys even had robes in the room, we felt fancy and spoiled staying with you guys such a beautiful resort and the service was amazing we will be coming back for sure A in our book thanks for the best hotel experience we ever had!
