The room was nice, very spacious and modern, the bed was very comfortable which is always a bonus, although I did have to report a fault with one of the lights in the bathroom, but it was fixed very quickly by the maintenance team which was great. The amenities looked really good, I didn't get a chance to try them but I did have a brief look.
Unfortunately I was disappointed by the service from the staff on the front desk and over the phone, the two staff I spoke to were quite rude in my opinion, and not very welcoming, it was the same when leaving the hotel to check out, very abrupt, nobody asked me how my stay was, just sort of handed them the key and that was it. I think I've honestly had better service at budget hotels like an Ibis or a Premier inn.
