I am very disappointed with the customer service of Palihouse and Hotels.com, because I missed their check in window, they cancelled my reservation, charged me a late fee and charged me for my stay. When Hotels.com called Palihouse, they refused to hold my reservation leaving me with no where to stay in Tampa once my flight finally landed. I expected more from a hospitality service that boasts luxury, Hotels.com also did not let me know my reservation was cancelled. It was a huge blunder. As a regular travel for business, I was giving the Palihouse Hyde Park an opportunity for repeat business and unfortunately they were a great disappointment. I will continue supporting other luxury brands over them.
