Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Come away with my partner for a weekend away for my birthday. Didn’t say anything about having to pay £10 a night for parking also didn’t say anything about a £200 security deposit until we booked couldn’t cancel as we wouldnt get our money back for booking a day before. The room we stayed in was horrible only two plug sockets in the room one with the tv attached and one no where near the bed. Draws were all broken on the outside. The taps in the bathroom sink were splatting water. We had no toilet roll in the bathroom either had to go to reception at night you would be woken up by people banging around and talking. The room was freezing cold led in bed full clothed and a coat on as well still shivering. My partner got bite on the face from a bug in the bed. Went to reception and complained asked for a refund for the second night as we was not staying there another night. They refused us a refund because they offered us a small heater for our room or to change room but my partner was that exhausted and tired and freezing cold he said he didn’t want to stay there again. Shame I didn’t have a picture of the bug that bite his face his face was swallowed the next four days after staying here.
