Pictures on website are far from the actual property. Hot tub had been closed since Covid. Pool was so over chlorinated the kids couldnât even use it. The room was supposed to be a suite was a double double bed with a pull out couch.
Good location. Room was not very clean and was unable to get Wi-Fi in my room until morning of checkout. I was given a tech support number and told to call myself instead of staff helping with the issue.
Nice hotel. My only complaint is the hotel was musky smelling and they charge a 5.00 per day destination fee that is not disclosed until your checking in!
Claims to be non-smoking when you walk in it smells and feels like a family of five chainsmokers lived in there. The smell was terrible. I was supposed to stay three nights. I only stayed one and I couldnât wait for it to be morning to get out of there, the tub didnât look clean, your feet got dirty if you walked barefoot, but the worst part for me was the fact that you could feel like he barely breathe and you could taste cigarettes in your mouth and when you left the room you and all your belongings smelled like that !
Outside landscape beautiful. Inside building warm stuffy. Hallway rug not vacuumed look dirty. The only plus i give for the room was bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. On the negative side, there were wet spots on the floor from a leak.
The hotel is in a nice area. But the inside needs alot of work. Rate 2 out 10 poor!
Check in was easy. Every staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful. James the maintenance man kept us laughing! Loved him! Breakfast was good with several options. Room was updated and the bed was very comfortable! Lots within walking distance.
