We had a great stay. Staff was excellent, kid club great and right next to pool and gym. Rooms were clean, pool towels and beach towels provided. Hotel is old and some things need upgrades but that didnt impact our stay at all. We had the best time.

The staff and the management were very helpful. I had some issues and since they couldn’t solve it they went above and beyond to be able to do so. The GM Christian was incredible and very helpful and accessible.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room where my husband, our three children, and I stayed was right in front of the pool, and after breakfast, the kids changed in swimsuits to enjoy water play. Although it was disappointing that only half of the pool area was available due to maintenance, we were glad that we could use the pool at a sister hotel thanks to an offer from the hotel. The staff’s service was excellent, always greeting us with a smile and kind words. At the kid’s area, I felt that I can leave my kids in their care with peace of mind, and the children were VERY happy. The nearby beach area and restaurants are just about 10mins drive from the hotel and we enjoyed the beautiful beach scenery and the local townscape from the view of a taxi or tuk-tuk. This is a highly recommended hotel in Phuket.

COCKROACH in the room! There were many things wrong with the room and hotel but the biggest is that there was a cockroach in the room. We caught it in a glass and left on the balcony and asked the staff to come and get it. We also asked the staff to send someone to clean the bathroom where the cockroach was. They said they would send someone but never did!! The room was falling apart. The towel hanger in the shower broke, the phone to call reception wasn’t working and the cleaner didn’t clean the rooms properly (for example, just sweeper the floor and nothing else. She took our old towels but didn’t come back to replace them with new ones!) The phone not working was a huge issue. We needed to run down 2 flights of stairs and across the hotel to get to reception in the case of an emergency. One of our guests fell on the concrete stairs and we couldn’t call reception, one of us had to run over to them. Any issue we had, we couldn’t call reception. If the cleaner didn’t replace our towels, we would have to walk far to reception. If the towel hanger broke, we had to walk over. This is not a hotel I recommend!! Any time we would complain to the staff they would not help at all. I really would not recommend staying here.

Dated, rundown hotel with visible signs of wear all around. Gives the impression of what was likely once a decent resort, but the entire property has been very clearly neglected for some time. Poorly maintained, with the customer service also subpar. Outdoor common areas would be nice if not for the multitude of issues, per the above.

The most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed in.

A very disappointing hotel that feels like it should close for renovation. This should be accepting guests, and it definitely is not a five star hotel. The listing feels very misleading and I wish I’d paid more attention to the negative reviews. The staff kindly relocated us to the Radission Red, which was significantly better. Avoid.
