Good budget one night stopover. Arrived late and checked out early the next day. Room small and perhaps cleaning could have done a better job but word for one night and at less than 50euro it was good value.

A comfortable stay

Very nice room, a lovely big bed and nice to have air conditioning and true black out blinds, so it was very dark for sleeping. We normally stay in budget hotels, but this was more of a treat, and it was worth it.

This hotel has been refurbished so had plenty of USB charger points. WiFi worked good enough. We usually take our own air freshener with us now. Eco friendly hotels often have smelly drains. Our bathroom was in need.

Wonderful staff!

Very positive surprise. Clean and nice- and amazingly friendly staff. Our dog needed a vet and both persons did their utmost to help find a good local vet. 10 full points. Nuce breakfast and many “diner-like” restaurants around. Its a strange but fun neighborhood. Its a car park with many hotels and restaurants 10 minutes outside the Limoges city. The cuty was a disappointment- but the hotel and neighbour was fabulous when passing through. Will come again for sure. 10⭐️

J'ai réservé une chambre sur hôtel.com pour moi et mon animal de compagnie j'ai bien sélectionné animal de compagnie dans la recherche arrivée à l'hôtel on m'annonce qu'il faut une chambre prestige quand on a un animal de compagnie donc 30 € à payer en plus et 10 € à payer pour le chat donc 40 € pour un animal de compagnie ça fait cher du coup impossible de vous contacter j'ai fait demi-tour comme je n'avais pas de carte bleue je ne pouvais pas payer les 40 € j'ai dormi dans ma voiture

Manque de clarté dans les informations du site

Très déçus par le manque d’informations et de clarté quant à la gestion hôtelière ! Animaux acceptés MAIS à aucun moment cela n’a été demandé. Contrairement aux conditions de séjour indiquées sur un document en chambre, le gestionnaire de la chaîne Hotels.com qui n’est autre qu’Expédia ce que nous avons appris à notre grande surprise à l’accueil de l’hôtel, à aucun moment on nous a demandé de réserver une chambre « supérieure » et payer un supplément pour le chien !!! Nous avons d’ailleurs été plusieurs clients à être surpris par cette règle non diffusée sur le site Hotels.com Chien (même petit) interdit en salle de petit déjeuner qui n’a quant à elle rien de luxueux alors que des places en fond de salle sont très éloignées du buffet. La règlementation française prévoit que si l’on exige un supplément pour un chien, on lui doit couchage et gamelle…. Nous n’avons rien contre, cependant est-ce que l’on parle des enfants mal-élevés qui crient, hurlent, renversent leurs affaires sur plateau, touchent à tout, etc ?? Merci par conséquent d’être plus clairs sur vos sites de réservation. Il est toujours plus agréable de savoir ce à quoi on s’engage ou ce qui nous attend à l’arrivée, car après huit heures de trajet cela reste décevant de se voir refuser une chambre réservée d’autant que d’autres hôtels Kyriad n’ont pas la même politique ! Prochaine réservation dans quinze jours sur le même site à reconsidérer ….
