I booked this hotel simply because because of Clarks' reputation. It was a mistake. Check-in was bad. The staff didn't seem to care. Everyone was busy attending the one guest had planned a corporate event with them. The first room they gave us had no heating. It was also not properly cleaned. When we pointed this out, they gave us another room. The new room had unclean sofas. The basin pipe in the bathroom was leaky, the drainage in the shower area was completely choked. We had to constantly call housekeeping to get the most basic things arranged.
The breakfast was okay though.
Overall, it was a horrible experience.
