No working air conditioning and impossible to open a window. 24.5 in the room not a good night was to be had.

Always used this hotel when a Travelodge. This time, as an Ibis hotel, price was double what I normally paid. Small room allocated, unlike in Travelodge time. A disappointing stay.

Was not able to sleep as the hit was on and air-conditioning was broken. No body told us when we checked in. I want my money back

Had night here before flying overseas was fabulous apart from doors slamming and someone tv was so loud all night so even though bed was comfortable noises from elsewhere made it not so nice

First the BAD PART. The hotel advertises they have an Airport Shuttle for a charge. In Fact they do not have a shuttle, there is a shuttle called the Hotel-Hoppa that can be used to get to the Hotel. I messaged the hotel three times about using the shuttle and never received a reply from them. When I got to the airport I called the hotel for information and was told they could not tell me how to take this shuttle. After much trail and Tribulation I finally found the shuttle stop but even then it was not clean to me about the bus schedule. I elected to take a Taxi to the hotel, which cost 23 Pounds to go about 3 miles. When I arrived at the Hotel low and behold their is a kiosk explaining all about the Hotel-Hoppa bus and on display at the front desk is a printed schedule for the bus. I am beyond exasperated as to why the hotel was unable to provide proper information regarding the shuttle use. There is an app for the Hotel-hoppa. On the Good Side I found the room and bath to be very clean and neat. Typical of budget hotels in Europe it was sparsely furnished but had the basic necessities. I would definitely use this hotel again. It is very competitively priced.

Not too far from twickenham.... easy access from the motorway and easy access to the stadium Basic and simple accommodation with bars on site, hot breakfast served

Room was nice and clean. Duvet was too thick, but that’s only my opinion. The only real moan was breakfast. £12.50 it a complete rip off. Food only luke warm and very limited. I will not eat there next year

The actual room was what you would expect from a budget, basic but clean. When we arrived, they couldn’t find the booking. Once they found it we had to get our key cards recoded twice in a two night stay, and request the second bed be made up (we had booked for 3 adults) plus a third mug, milk, tea bag etc. Both mornings the same member of staff couldn’t find our breakfast booking, nor could reception. Luckily I had the email as they tried to charge me. Hot food and cold drinks were very slow to be replaced and only the basics (although the sausages were delicious), and the staff generally didn’t look like they wanted to be there.

Service was nonexistent!!! They could not give usable instructions to find a “hop on hop off bus” to see London. I was told that I would probably get lost. They did not give me a wake up “knock on the door “ as they committed. There is not a restaurant, as advertised, but a canteen type bar. The ham and cheese sandwich that I ordered took 30 minutes to make and the bread was hard as a rock. You must climb into the very deep tub shower which you cannot turn on without being right under it therefore getting your head soaked immediately, with cold water. No shower curtain or doors but a wedge of glass in the right corner which keeps water from getting onto the floor and makes it impossible to adjust the water temperature or shower before you get into it. I was not given a wash cloth or hand towel, just a bath mat, bath towel and another ripped and frayed towel. When I asked for a wash cloth I was told, “that’s an American thing” and that I should use a hand towel which I advised they had not given me one. The sheets were blood stained but apparently had been washed. They do not supply a shuttle, as advertised. The shuttle goes to all hotels regularly and the guest pays for it. The shuttle waiting area has 4 ripped vinyl chairs for guests to wait in. I would not stay here again. I don’t mind a clean no frill budget hotel but this is ridiculous!!!

It was just my husband and I so we had a double bed. The room was a good size and not to overcrowded, everything was neat, tidy and clean. The breakfast bar was nicely set up and had a variety of food, the eating area was clean and very pleasant. We would stay there again.
