I booked my stay with a third-party online platform and they made my confirmation saying check-in time to be noon having gone to the reception, besides their knowledge of online platforms showing the wrong time of 12 instead of 2, they did not feel responsible for informing us by any sort in advance or even mere apologizing for their error. There was no sense of greeting customers or a smile at the reception, the reception team was busy with their jokes with their senior or manager regardless of the guests in their presence, extremely unprofessional behavior. The food was good, and the only reason for my stay was the d-luxe room view overlooking the whole city. The staff member Anjum was quite helpful, besides all staff members need a serious training of how to greet and not to be rude to the paying customers besides being them at fault.
