The room was clean with daily cleaning done thoroughly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. However, as is common with many hotels, there were times when it took a while for the elevator to arrive, depending on the time of day, so it’s best to plan with some extra time. (That said, I would prefer staying on a higher floor and waiting for the elevator rather than being on a lower floor and unable to board due to overcrowding.)

Among all the hotels I've been to around the world, this hotel has the stiffest bed of all. It feels like you're sleeping on a cardboard box, or a stone bed that my grandfather used to sleep on. The crews at the front dest/concierge was not that nice to be called a five star hotel. Some staffs were super nice, but some of them were treating me like I was bothering them with stupid questions or something. It's overall a nice hotel, but the service and quality is not a five-star. Now I understand why they have relatively lower price among the five star hotels.

A little expensive for what you get. Location is ok as it is within walking distance from the Ferry terminal. A few good bars and restaurants around. The room was not real clean, lots of hair in the carpet and saw roaches near the coffee machine. Elevators wait time unreasonable. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

This towering hotel near Wan Chai MTR station offers nice views of the city. Our 38th-floor accommodation provided spectacular cityscapes. Location is undoubtedly the property's strongest asset, making it an excellent base for exploring Hong Kong's attractions and business districts. The room was generously proportioned by local standards, offering welcome breathing space in a city known for compact living. However, the interior shows signs of age – particularly in the bathroom, where fixtures and installations need updating. Service runs efficiently but impersonally. Staff members execute their duties professionally, though without the warmth that might make a stay memorable. Given the reasonable pricing and prime location, this hotel represents solid value in an expensive city. While it may not dazzle with contemporary styling, it delivers the essentials: space, views, and convenience. Best for: Business travelers and tourists prioritizing location and value.
