I wish I had read more reviews…

I wish I had known that there were absolutely no kitchenware items: no plates, pans, silverware, etc. perhaps that was my fault for not reading the description well enough. The room was clean-ish. The property itself was questionable. Lots of pot and fighting. The gentleman who checked us in and all property staff were delightful. This just wasn’t the place for us.

Room was neglected but I guess just the rules of the home rel. a LOT of disturbance from a loud fighting couple across the hall and no one to report it to but manager was AMAZING. She was truly helpful and accommodating, especially for me!! I believe her name was Tiffany.

I am not a picky person, but without a doubt this was the nastiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever booked. Our room (2nd floor) was a biohazard. There was a giant greenish-black stain under our mattress. Mold stains on the door, walls, and ceiling. The room smelled terrible. All of the upholstery was vaguely moist. The air in the room was so humid that the printer-paper receipt the hotel clerk gave me at the front desk absorbed all the humidity and became moist within an hour of us arriving (I didn't even realize this was possible, to be honest.) After 2 hours, we quietly checked out and left. Didn't even spend the night.

El hotel está muy viejo y deteriorado, nada que ver con las fotos de sus publicaciones, hay animales, huele a humo, está muy sucio, la recepción la cierran a las 6PM Obvio no hay devolución del dinero pero ni importo perderlo, era imposible quedarse ahí, estaba en una ubicación idónea, por eso lo elegí, pero es el peor hotel que he visto en mi vida. La cocinera deshecha, la alfombra vieja, con insectos de humedad y suciedad.

Lack cleaning.

We haven’t stay whole 7-8 days, only 1 day then we’re leaving because of reason not change the bed sheet and red spot on it. Got me and my sister very upsetting and disappointing.. i let my sister sleep on the bed, i and my son sleep on the floor then next morning My son got rashes on chest, the manger or worker said there no bugs bed, don’t they see what I said we sleep on the floor not bed. I’m pretty very upsetting more and more. Also smell smoke too, my sister and my son have a asthma and have serious healthy issues. So we called to manger and customer service about complaints. And I haven’t stay there for 8 days.. we went to brother house and stay over there. They said 5-7 days process to give my money back so I haven’t enough money This pretty ruin my plan and vacation.

I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness this hotel exhibited. Just know because they are only an “ extended stay” housekeeping ( that includes vacuuming, changing trash bags and replacing bed sheets are only offered once a week) which is unacceptable for someone like traveling with toddlers. I had dirty dipers in an overfilled trash bag for 2 days , dirty bed sheets after my kid wet the bed, and a shower stall that did not work. When I complained to the property manager there, I was not offered any help and ended up leaving the hotel. I was Totally dissatisfied with my experience with my stay and with the lack of care and customer service from staff. I want a full refund.

Don't be a baby

Really like the concept of extended stay like an apartment where you can stay as long as you want with a kitcheonette, full sized refrigerator, good HD tv. Internet speed average. They clean once a week and there isn't a desk person overnight but you don't have this if you have an apartment and it saves you money. There is a smell in the rooms because smoking and pets were allowed until Oct 1. They are renovating rooms right now. Don't be a baby. You have to buy your own toilet paper and provide kitchen stuff.

It was dirty there's no room service I didn't get no towels no toilet paper you have to provide all the amenities yourself the room was not only like I said dirty but seem like it was not cleaned everything in the room was broken upon the drawers the dressers the cabinets the shower was disgusting they provide nothing to shower with so if you need shampoo conditioner body wash of any such short they do not have for guests they do not provide breakfast nor do they accommodate to you

I feel so bad for the front desk guy he was awesome he deserves to work and I a lot nicer hotel. This was the grossest property I’ve ever been on in that area drawers were broke literally front of them off they wrapped some type of plastic fabric around the couch and stapled it there was a plastic look like cabinet paper put all across the top of the countertop and had been ripped the room stunk the bed was nasty sheets were horrible
