Poor Management
When booked a few months ago, I called hotel to confirm Hobby Airport shuttle; upon arrival at airport I called hotel and was told they don’t pickup at Hobby Airport
Had to pay Uber $60
Checkin was fine, desk clerk very pleasant
No phone in room
Mattress & pillows were totally worn out
Fire alarm went off at 12:30 am, no communication or personnel at desk to inform us as to how situation was being handled
No milk for cereal, only toast available for continental breakfast
At checkout I asked about compensation for inconvenience of fire alarm with front desk, young man was unresponsive
I canceled our post cruise reservation due to hotel’s issues & personnel
