Excellent stay with breakfast. Air con was great given the 39 C temps this weekend. We brought dog and were well received by staff. Any gripes would be that a 3 pm check in is a bit late and equally a noon check out could be shirtened to 11.30 to get a 2.30 check in. Noise involving so called music blasting from nearby venue a shame.

I'm very sorry that I have to give this Hilton hotel such a poor review. But a hotel of this category that, after three days of tropical temperatures, can't get the air conditioning working, the windows won't open, and the broken refrigerator is only replaced after repeated requests, doesn't really deserve a star. That said, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was at least friendly. I actually love the hotel and the location, but after my bad experience last time, I'll avoid this hotel in the future—perhaps the Hilton chain in general.
