I honestly don't know where to begin. Check in took an hour because the Hotels.com reservation didn't come over. There were literally 4 other couples in the same predicament. We had to call India and try and find someone who could speak just enough English. Had to make 3 separate calls for that... now the room. Shower floor was stained, no door locks, the bed should have been replaced 10 years ago, room had a dingy smell, etc. Now breakfast was the best - literally had hard boiled eggs, 5-6 yogurt cups, waffle maker and that was it. No salt or pepper. It was like they did the minimal effort possible both for the infrastructure, the food and the overall look.

Air conditioner was very noisy. Walls had lots of patchwork. Shower curtain rod was not a proper fit with the shower curtain. Breakfast was a joke. Only positive I can say is the bed was decent

Good place to stay close to most stores.
In all i didnt have a problem the hotel staff was nice and friendly. The building was clean and also the room. I enjoyed my stay.

Super clean

We checked in. Went to our room and it smelled of smoke. We cannot stay in such a room due to health reasons. We went to the desk and told them we couldn’t stay and asked to check out. Since it was beyond “cancellation” window, they charged us for the stay anyway! We spent a total of 5 minutes in the room. We are at a loss of $ for a 5 minute stay and haven’t heard from the manager as the desk clerk said. This was our first and last attempt to stay in a Quaiity Inn.

My room didn't have a bedside table or lamp. I had to sleep with the bathroom light on for light. The light switch was clear across the room.

Not the best stay. Noisy place. You can hear everything from the surrounding rooms, not comfy bed. Bare minimum in the bathrooms

Comfort beds
Clean room
Bathroom show leaked on the floor, no one ever checked it out. Had to use extra towels, which had to wait on because they were out of.

We were unable to stay due to being unfit for human occupancy. It was environmentally unsafe. The room smelled of mold and mildue and stale smoke. We left immediately and expect a full refund from Expedia. The lady at the front desk, however, was very pleasant but was unable to give us a refund due to booking thru Expedia.

Check in was fine. There was a plastic wrapper on the floor in the room. The inside door latch has been removed so I put a chair in front of the door for safety. The shower door does not have an inside handle. This property is convenient and clean but needs some maintenance badly.

Would rate in the negatives. One star is wayyyy to
Front desk Denise took my card and ID all while getting info about my emotional support dog which I have federal registration for. She informed me (against the law to ask for papers) that she would have to ask her manager if I could stay or that maybe her manager would just charge me $30 daily pet fee which I agreeed to. Denise gave me my cards back and gave me two keys to the room. Then she said oh my manager said NODOGS. She then cancelled my reservation and refused to give me any paperwork or proof that I did not stay so I could get a refund from Expedia. Denise the. Informed me that Expedia needs to call the hotel manager and manager Anita will tell them to issue me a refund. I had to give the keys back. Denise informs me there is a $40 cancellation fee!!! I need a refund because I did not cancel my reservation the manager and Denise cancelled it. It took hours on chat to explain what happened. I was unable to find any other room in the city or nearby cities. I had to sleep in my CAR! I am a US Veteran and I have mental health diagnoses. I need my dog. I never had such rude treatment and Anitanwould not answer the phone when I tried to ask for refund of $40

It could have been better
We arrived the afternoon checkin was easy and the young lady that checked us in was super friendly and polite. Upon arriving in the room, we noticed that there was no security latch on the inside door and the door handle was missing items . The shower had patch work and their was a Distinct odor of urine in the room me and I guess had to use an air freshener to make the room smell better.Later that evening we asked another staff member for additional blanket or sheets and was told in a rude tone “ we don’t have any additional blankets or sheets to give you we gave them all out have a good night. . Me and my guest were taken a back by her Demeanor, but just decided to return back to our room and fall asleep as we knew daylight will come quickly. In the morning were greeted by a much more pleasant person who wished us safe travels and to get home safely. Overall the stay wasn’t a bad one, but highly doubt if I’ll return.
