The room window faced two buildings covered in green moss, with absolutely no sunlight coming in. The lighting inside the room was very dim, and the bed was too soft to sleep comfortably. There were no power outlets compatible with North American plugs, and no USB charging ports either. When I called the front desk to ask about an adapter, the receptionist responded with a really bad attitude and simply told me they don’t provide any. They expected me to walk 15 minutes to find one myself.
There’s no room service, and nothing is nearby except a 7-Eleven about a 10-minute walk away—you’ll need to cross a bridge with a lot of stairs to get there. If it rains, don’t expect any help; the hotel doesn’t offer umbrellas for guests either. Overall, I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
