I'd like to file a complaint about our recent stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong moldy odor. We were shown two other rooms, but they had the same unpleasant smell. The third room had a slightly less noticeable odor, but it was still present. Additionally, we were unexpectedly charged an extra $22 during check-in, which was explained as a service fee. There was no prior information about this charge. When we inquired, we were told it was for towels and service, but there were no towels provided, and the staff left with the keys, leaving us with no options. This experience felt like a scam. The hotel was extremely disappointing, and I believe its presence on hotel.com negatively impacts the platform's reputation.
