We were only there for one night, did go to the bar (very nice) with very reasonably priced drinks and food. Also a very nice breakfast. Bruce and Miriam were very nice and kept it well stocked.

The bathroom fixtures had rust on them. I guess that’s to be expected because it is on the water. However, cleanliness in the bathroom could’ve been better as well. Continental breakfast was very good. Most employees spoke very little English. I received an invoice of the stay from Hotels.com email showing that the hotel room was $99 a night plus taxes as opposed to 119 that I had paid. After lengthy communication with the online chat, no reimbursement was to be made on the price difference. Very disappointed in Hotels.com have been with them for several years. Will search other sites in the future, too many options, offer lower and better perks.

I wasted money on a room I couldn't even stay in due to major health concerns. This hotel is so disgusting, we had to abandon our reservation several days earlier and stayed at a much cleaner, nicer hotel. The room was incredibly damp and foul smelling. I experienced a severe migraine on the 2nd night because of horrible room conditions/strong foul odors. There isn't a vent in the bathroom to help relieve some of the dampness. There were several nasty bugs in the room. The floors were so filthy that a white towel turned black after being used to clean the floors. The mattress must be at least 30 years based on its appearance, feel, and smell. We struggled to get any sleep become of how uncomfortable the mattress was. We also suffered back pain for days after because of the horrible condition of the mattress. The lounge chairs on the pool deck are brittle and breaking apart. Bring your our pool towel. Despite it being off season and not busy, pool towels weren't often available.

We stayed here over a week….All of the staff was amazing~ housekeeping was great ~ our housekeeper was very efficient and did an amazing job! We loved the breakfast, the facilities, and the on site restaurant was amazing!! Great location ~ able to get to several different beaches, restaurants, shopping, restaurants and other attractions easily! Highly recommend this hotel~ we will be back !

Had a two night stay with my husband for his birthday. The property was very nice and the staff was super friendly. Lynn at the front desk was very efficient and friendly, she even gave my husband a gift for his birthday. The food in the tiki bar was really good and our waitress Erin did not miss a beat. Lastly our hosts for breakfast Bruce and Mariam was so kind and welcoming. Overall the service was excellent..
