A wonderful hotel and staff. So easy to walk to all the historic places and museums-most are within 20 min walking distance, and I walk slow. Numerous excellent dining and shopping options within 2-5 minutes-the location can't be beat. I also especially appreciated the staff willingness to help with everything including getting tickets, luggage help etc.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Florence. Everything is within a 5-10 min walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
