O quarto cheirava muito mal, precisamos comprar desinfetante spray para jogar no espaço. Achamos cabelo na cama, toalhas e no chão do banheiro. Por duas noites encontramos insetos no quarto e precisamos compras travesseiro pois os disponíveis eram horríveis. Durante a noite os hóspedes faziam muito barulho, inclusive uma família que queria mudar de quarto por não ter ficado satisfeita com o ambiente. Passamos todos os dias sem água na torneira da pia do banheiro e não recebemos nenhuma assistência (na recepção falaram que iriam ao quarto em 40 minutos. Aguardamos por uma hora e ninguém chegou)

It was a good room for the price. Only issue was that I was not able to park after 12pm on check out to go into Disney Park, which was a change from last year when I could stay parked until the late evening.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The property itself was outdated and dirty. The room had peeling paint, wall paper, stained countertops and walls, ripped shower curtains, little to no hot water, the pillows were cut in half, the room was just dirty hairs left everywhere, dirty shower head, the front door has no weather strips so the room stays freezing. Ultimately the owners show no care for their business. Considering the closeness to the Disneyland park and other popular attractions they certainly get a high volume of tourist. I would think they would better invest and redo the rooms and make it actually worth staying. This is worse than the typical landlord special. It’s just gross and really makes you wanna bite the bullet and pay more for a better hotel. I would never stay here again and strongly suggest no one does.

Cleanliness is not the forte of this hotel. There was hair in the sheets and the bedside table was dirty. Great location but cleanliness needs to be improved.

Room was pretty clean but not completely spotless. Very smooth check in and check out. No issues. WiFi is surprisingly fast. Stayed here twice two years apart no issues either time

Honestly, it wasn't bad. It is a good budget option for Disney. We weren't in the hotel for anything other than sleeping. However, if you are planning on hanging out in the hotel - do not recommend. A couple things I had issues with: 1. No elevator. We had a stroller and it was a pain in the ass getting up and down the stairs with our toddler, especially if he was sleeping after a long day at Disney. Plus, carrying luggage upstairs, with kids, sucks. 2. The carpet was FILTHY. It was super dark, so you couldnt notice. However, my son walked around one evening in the room without shoes on and his feet were black within an hour. Disgusting. 3. TV had channels, but nothing of interest. I think the only normal channel was ABC. 4. Our room was directly behind the Carls Jr. and the room reeked of fast food the entire time. It was disgusting. 5. We had some pretty sketch stuff going on the last night we were there. There was someone walking down the hall outside, trying to open doors to rooms. I couldnt make out what they were saying, but it sounded like they were up to no good. Addtionally, when they got to the end of the hall, there was loud banging and then a car sped off. It was just odd. On more than one occasion, someone tried to open our door that night. 5. It is pretty clear there are a couple rooms that people are living out of.

This place has really nice rooms very clean and very polite at the front desk! I like this hotel cause it's a couple minutes walking distance to Disneyland shuttles everything was walking distance I will stay here again me and my wife really loved it

During our stay we realized our socks were being turned black. After showering and walking barefoot no more than 20 mins my feet were left black from how dirty the carpets were. Upon arrival the towels and bedding seemed dirty but we didnt say anything thinking maybe just stained. At check out while loading our cars to leave we noticed housekeeping was just making up the beds not actually changing out the bed which confirmed our earlier suspicion of dirty towels and bedding. We always bring our own bedding and towels so the hotels werent used by us.

THEY WERE BANGING AROUND VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING. IT APPEARS THEY WERE TRYING TO WORK ON ROOMS WITH NO CONSIDERATION WE WERE STILL SLEEPING AND DID NOT HAVE TO CHECK OUT TILL 11 AM. THEY STOOD OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW YELLING TO THE WORKERS AND BANGING AGAINST WALLS AND WALKWAYS WITH FURNITURE. WHEN I SAID SOMETHING, THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID TO BAD.

This was a last minute decision, we were too tired to drive home, and booked a room to get rest and head home in the morning. We are very familiar with this hotel, and the price was low, so we booked it. I'm so glad we did. We were able to rest and enjoy spooky movies and just relax. The beds are comfortable, the AC was amazingly cold and the area is nice and quiet. The staff is always nice and we never have issues here, that's why we keep coming back.

Sufficient stay accomodations

Location was convenient to convention center. Front desk and staff were kind and accommodating. Pricing for room was avg per day. That was not understood by me at the time of booking. If it states that, I missed it. Pricing was what was quoted, front desk was unsure of how to clarify it for me. Room was better in pictures. Recently painted over. The top door security lock was broken. We didn't feel unsafe, but others might. Only 1 small trash can which made trash pile up faster than we would have liked.

Arrived, refused to help us said we had no reservation. After calling hotels to get the correct confirmation number, they suddenly found our reservation, but said they gave the room we selected away. We were given a different room then said that was the "last room" they had left. Room was hot with poorly working AC AC did not work. Carpet in room was sticky/dirty. The towels were folded, but when opened to use them hand towels appeared to have smeared make-up and were clearly soiled with black streaks/make-up. Bed sheets were full of what appeared to be sand or dirt and were wrinkled/crumpled up (sand may have been bed bug waste). While checking in another guest came into lobby to tell staff the bathroom was clogged in the room, and the desk person said they couldn't fix that because it was too late, and that the guests could use the bathroom in the lobby for the night. Ended up leaving hotel at 0500 to sleep in car after only being in room a few hours because conditions were terrible.

Best Mattress Ever

Hotel is a bit dated, and was a last minute decision to to stay, BUT best mattress ever! I travel a lot and normally stay at higher end hotels in Canada/US/MX/EU, and I was blown away by the mattress! No sore back, no tingling arms when side sleeping, just great!

Horrible bugs

This used to be our favorite place to stay but def not anymore . Went way down . There were so many roaches it was gross . Turn on bathroom light and see them scatter . Had one crawl right up the wall next to where my head was . The towels were so thin and dingy . We went to DD’s and got some cheap towels that were way better . The wallpaper was coming off, the touch ups were smeared and do they ever shampoo the carpet ???

Quick trip

Hotel seemed clean and safe. A little outdated and needed some maintenance but not a bad hotel for one night

The rooms were definitely clean and conveniently close to the cleaning tools to tidy areas up. The convenience of distance within reach to shops, food, and gas are great in comparison.
