My aircon was leaking so I called the reception and they asked me to change rooms. I was ok w this. I told the receptionist that I was on tour and needed to leave asap and asked if they can bring luggages to my room (I was all
packed, they just needed to roll my luggage) They said no and I have to bring it myself. The guy receptionist of age did not agree so I asked for his manager and manager agreed to bring my luggage up. That was the first incident.
Before booking here I went to another hotel (tokyu rei Kobe motomachi) and left my key inside the room. They immediately gave me a new key. This hotel they won’t! They said I need to go to my room with them to get the key. Note It’s the same guy receptionist that said it. Again I said pls ask your manager and the manager agreed to my request.
I told him he has the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. he answered me that they have different policies per hotel.
