Our experience at the hotel’s restaurant was underwhelming, to say the least. We waited an astonishing 1 hour just to have our order taken, which is far too long by any standard. Unfortunately, the delays didn’t end there. When the food finally arrived, the portions were disappointingly small, leaving us both hungry and disheartened.
The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, with the few employees on duty struggling to keep up with the demand. While we understand that busy nights happen, the lack of proper management and preparation made for a frustrating dining experience. Overall, it felt like the establishment was ill-equipped to handle even a moderate crowd. Sadly, we left feeling more frustrated than fulfilled.
