While the hotel has a decent location and a clean pool (aside from the unpleasant smell in the lobby), my overall experience was completely ruined by the breakfast issue and the hotel's shocking lack of professionalism.
Breakfast was not included in my booking, and even worse, the cost was not disclosed upfront. The breakfast itself was shockingly subpar, and I was later blindsided by an outrageous charge of nearly $400—almost the cost of a two-night stay! At such a price, I would have expected a luxurious fine dining experience, not the poor quality that was offered. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and feels downright deceptive.
I sent an email requesting a resolution to this issue, but I received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication and refusal to acknowledge or address their mistake is deeply disappointing and demonstrates the management’s disregard for their customers.
The room cleaning service was excellent and perhaps the only redeeming quality of this hotel, but even that couldn’t make up for the outrageous charges and the unprofessional handling of this matter. Failing to provide clear and upfront information about the breakfast cost is not just a mistake—it’s outright dishonest.
If you value transparency, fairness, and decent customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Even a one-star rating feels too generous for such a terrible experience.
