My room not only had issues with the air conditioning and drainage but also with the phones and, of course, the cleaning service. It’s a shame. In short, it’s a pity that an expensive vacation, one that generates so much excitement for family and friends, ends up being overshadowed by a poorly managed hotel and its utterly uncommitted employees. I definitely won’t return, and I think that’s why there’s so much new
