The hotel was clean, refurbished. Our room was quiet and relaxing. The hotel bar was nice and lively. We chose to stay here (after walking out of a neighboring hotel) because front desk professional SHUBERTE was AWESOME!! I was tired and cranky and she was so kind and patient. She made it easy for us to stay here.

Hotel is clean and confortable, but Air conditioner is old window system, we had some problem with thermostat, if is cold, you change temperature, como to hot...and some noice, we can't sleep good.

The hotel was typical of a Courtyard. The bed was comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was the type that would run for 2 hours and stay off 8. My wife is a diabetic and has to carry insulin. The concern over the refrigerator not staying cold was not good. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I liked everything about this hotel…It was clean quiet and convenient to basically everything…They gave me the room that I requested when I reserved it…They accommodated me with a microwave bcus the room didn’t come with one…Everybody was really helpful and courteous…I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel…Thanks for everything…It was my birthday weekend and I really enjoyed my stay….I’m from Miami & the next time I visit Naples…This will be my go to hotel…
