I would like to provide feedback on my breakfast experience at EDGE restaurant. While I appreciate the variety and quality of the food, I was quite disappointed with the service.
During my visit, I noticed more than ten staff members walking around and chatting among themselves, yet no one was clearing tables or attending to guests efficiently. This created an impression of inattentiveness and a lack of professionalism, which is not what I expect from a five-star establishment.
Additionally, when we arrived at the restaurant early in the morning, we requested to sit in a section near the buffet. To our surprise, the counter staff informed us that while we could sit there, no staff would be available to attend to us. The staff even asked if we were “okay” with this arrangement, which was quite unexpected and unprofessional. It is concerning that a part of the restaurant would be accessible to guests but without proper service.
Given the high standards associated with Pan Pacific, I believe this is an area that requires immediate improvement. A five-star reputation is built not only on facilities and food but also on the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and I look forward to seeing service enhancements in the future.
